**Job Summary:**


Installs, repairs and troubleshoots all Client based PC's and Software. Acts as an agent of the Helpdesk and assign tickets for both Network Services and telecommunications. Maintains the Network Servers as assigned by the Network Engineers or Network Manager. Performs PACS analyst responsibilities if functioning in this role at the Parkland, Palm Beach Gardens and West Palm Beach locations.


**Responsibilities:**


+ Serves as second level support to the help desk.

+ Responds and resolves issues as dictated by the help desk escalation procedures. Participates in after hour support by on-call rotation.

+ Follows Help Desk policies and procedures.

+ Configures, installs, and maintains departmental file servers and workstations.

+ Provides LAN administration including adding and deleting users, resetting passwords, and supporting departmental apps.

+ Assumes primary responsibility for ongoing support requirements of the client area including responsibility for all hardware components.

+ Travels with personal vehicle to and from all remote branches.


**Education:**


+ Associate's Degree or technical training preferred.


**Certifications:**


+ CompTIA A+ Certification desired.

+ Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS) desired.

**Work Experience:**


+ A Minimum of three (3) years LAN administration experience in a Microsoft Active Directory environment, and desktop support.


**Physical Requirements:**


+ This position requires knowledge of person computers, printers and office automation software.

+ Good verbal and written communication skills to communicate with customers, vendors, and peers and superiors.

+ The ability to assume responsibility and escalate issues appropriately.

+ The ability to understand, communicate and present data and information verbally and in writing is essential.

+ A professional demeanor and the ability to communicate effectively with customers and vendors are essential.

+ Physical Duties: This position requires physical work of lifting a maximum of 30 lbs., walking, and standing.

+ Working Conditions: The occupant of this position spends 90% of his/her time in air-conditioned areas; the remainder is outside.
