Responsibilities:



The Senior Manager, Services Operations is responsible for leading the implementation and execution of services related programs. This position will be a key liaison between Copy & Print Depot (CPD), Tech Services and Retail and will require a high level of influence on leadership to ensure that services related programs and initiatives are successfully executed in our stores. This role will have responsibility for ensuring clear communication, awareness of priorities, alignment of goals and objectives, ongoing collaboration to improve performance, and consistent flow of information needed to achieve Services' financial, customer experience, and operational objectives.


This role will interact directly with Merchandising & Services leadership, Retail leadership, Store operations, Field supervision, Retail support teams (FSMs), and store level associates as needed to ensure clear communication and develop solutions to opportunities to enable flawless execution. In addition, the Lead Consultant will collect feedback from the field and deliver to operations as part of a continuous improvement cycle.




+ Partner with CPD and Tech Services retail operations and store operations to develop/ execute programs and initiatives that will improve and maintain the services operating model



+ Facilitates training for Retail associates at all levels as needed to ensure full understanding of Retail Services operating model and expectations. Identifies opportunities in training and provides feedback to services operations group on approaches to address gaps



+ Monitors Retail Services results and collaborate with FSM team in problem solving, troubleshooting, and intervention as needed to improve performance. Communicate weekly results and known issues / opportunities to leadership



+ Leads weekly meetings / conference calls with Field Service Managers (FSMs) to communicate priorities, understand business trends, resolve issues, and collect feedback on field concerns



+ Support initiatives / projects that impact Regional Production Centers to include development of roll out plans for all new product / program launches in retail



+ Develops and manages ongoing business relationship between RPC managers and Store Leadership



+ Develops and manages bottom store focus program to improve results in lowest performing stores. Identifies opportunities and makes recommendations on how to drive improvement



+ Coordinates vendor resources necessary for large regional training events as needed to support and improve Retail Services associate expertise



+ People management responsibilities of team which includes, but is not limited to: interviewing, onboarding, learning and development, coaching and counseling and performance management




Qualifications:



Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in related field.


Minimum 8 years experience in multi-unit market management experience; or demonstration of skills and learning through an internal development program and selection process
