**RESPONSIBILITIES:**


+ Support to Sales Account Manager

+ Complete process alongside Sales Manager of Request of Proposal Flow

+ Scrub/Research Customer Account in systems

+ Daily work with the NSA SharePoint Collaboration Tracker or systems

+ Liaison between internal and external customers

+ Troubleshoot all customer issues

+ Customer Contracts Review

+ Insertion of Booking in system

+ Review and Approve branches booking negotiations in system

+ Customer Reports

+ Finance Special Handling Rates Support

+ Liaison between accounts receivable and billing

+ Projects assigned by management


**Qualification:**


+ Requires 3 year experience in customer service role

+ Exceptional attendance and aptitude

+ Complete knowledge Microsoft software such as excel, word, PowerPoint

+ Participate and review customer contracts in a team environment

+ Coordinate demand effort with Otis Line and customers

+ Adhere to and comply with standard work process

+ Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner

+ Disseminate (flow-down) customer requirements within the organization

+ Proactive and results/metrics driven

+ Strong Oral and written communications skills and proven presentation skills

+ Process Improvement Orientation

+ Attention to detail and accuracy

+ Ability to work within a team environment


**Education:**


+ Associate Degree. Bachelor's degree preferred
